This is a new proposal for summer from Bamboo of favor!

This is a new type of shabu-shabu recommended for summer, in which vegetables are not heated.

Churashima Agu® is used, which stands out for its rich flavor and aroma, as well as the sweetness of its fat and fluffy texture.

After shabu-shabu is served as if fondue with our signature "Hagi's Ponzu" and unctuous rice oil, it is wrapped with aromatic vegetables for a refreshing and tasty meal.

This recommended course features Matsusaka beef ribeye, one of Japan's top three cuts of beef, and Kurobuta pork loin from Kagoshima Prefecture.
