Steamed Shabu-Shabu Course

Although the restaurant specializes in shabu-shabu, the most popular dish is steamed shabu-shabu, in which meat and vegetables are laid in a seiro and steamed. Like shabu-shabu, it is served with ponzu and sesame sauce. Yoshinosasa was the first restaurant to offer steamed shabu shabu. In addition to the standard beef, pork, and chicken, we also offer rare cuts of beef such as "zabuton" and "ribeye," as well as beef tongue and duck, which are rare in shabushabu. We hope you will enjoy the taste of our long-established restaurant.

Enjoy seasonal ingredients such as meat and seafood

Our chef carefully selects A5, A4, and A3 grades of Japanese black beef. We also offer a variety of other delicious ingredients, such as Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, Tochu Koraibuta pork from Yamagata Prefecture, duck, Jidori chicken, and beef tongue, which can be served in either shabu-shabu or steamed shabu-shabu. We also offer a wide variety of non-meat dishes such as a la carte dishes and seasonal vegetables.

Selected local sake and foreign wines from all over Japan

We offer a wide selection of sparkling wine, both red and white. We also purchase local sake, shochu, plum wine, etc., with a focus on beautiful sake from various regions. Over 50 kinds of drinks including draft beer, highballs, cocktails, and sours are available for 2 hours. We also have a full lineup of soft drinks, so customers with children and those who do not like alcohol can use our drinks with peace of mind.
