今日はそんなゴマだれの紹介です☝️

銀座しゃぶ通のゴマだれは、１人の料理人から生み出されました。『若月宇三郎』今年で95歳を向かえた今も料理への探究心が強く、調理場に立ち続け若い子達へ熱心に指導しております。

そんな若月さんが試行錯誤しながら選んだ20種類以上の調味料を使い作られているゴマだれ、門外不出のその味は創業以来49年変わらず守り続けています。

提供時には、すりばちで炒りゴマをすり潰し、ゴマの香りと香ばしさを引き立て、その中にゴマだれを入れて召し上がっていただくのでゴマの香ばしさと濃厚な味わい、奥深さが堪能でき、ゴマだれ好きには堪りません。

このゴマだれは中毒性が高く、1度食べたらまた食べたいと思わせてくれるゴマだれで、ファンも多くゴマだれ目当てで来店していただく方も沢山いらっしゃいます。
しゃぶしゃぶやせいろ蒸しはもちろん、ご飯との相性も良いのでゴマだれをおかわりされる方も大勢いらっしゃいますます。

私自身ゴマだれが大好きで、色々なゴマだれを食べましたが、このゴマだれ以上のものには出会ったことがありません、自信を持ってオススメします是非お試しください🙆
