This is a new proposal for summer from Bamboo of favor!

A new type of shabu-shabu recommended for summer, in which vegetables are not heated.
We use Churashima Agu®, which stands out for its rich flavor and aroma, the sweetness of its fatty meat, and its fluffy texture.

After shabu-shabu is served with our signature "Hagi no Ponzu" vinegar and unctuous rice oil as if fondue, it is wrapped with aromatic vegetables and served refreshingly and deliciously.
