Matsusaka beef, Kurobuta pork, and duck are steamed in a custom-made steamer basket filled with seasonal vegetables, and the excess fat is skimmed off so that the dish is light and refreshing, and eaten with vegetables that have absorbed the flavor, it is healthy and full of vegetables.
Enjoy it with a thick sesame sauce made from more than 20 spices and ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) made from oranges from Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
