かぶは100gあたり、かぶの根には1.5g、かぶの葉には2.9g
の食物繊維が含まれます😊

食物繊維には不溶性のものと水溶性のものがあり、かぶにはどちらも含まれています。不溶性食物繊維は、水分を吸収して膨らみ腸を刺激することで、便通を促す栄養素。一方で水溶性食物繊維は、糖質の吸収をゆるやかにしたり、コレステロールの排出を促進したりするはたらきがあります。
