下仁田ネギは普通のネギと違い太く（直径4ｃｍ以上になるものも！） 緑の葉の部分が長く、一部が冬枯れしている。 生のままだと辛みが強いが、加熱すると甘みが強く、柔らかい食感になる🤔
辛味と甘みが同時にくるタイプです🌟
