本日は「しゃぶかつ」の仕込風景をチラッとお見せしますね😊

仕込みシンプルです笑

しかしこの「しゃぶかつ」…開発秘話をお話しすると、かなりの失敗と試行錯誤して誕生した1品です😅
ごまだれをつけダレ以外に何か使えないか🤔
じゃあごまだれを中に入れてカツにしよう！でもどうしても揚げた時に流れ出てしまう💦
などなど…大変でした🌟

そこまで苦労して誕生した「ごまだれしゃぶカツ」めっちゃ美味しいです😤
