食用菊は食用のため苦味が少なくなるよう育てられたもので、 爽やかな風味とキュキュッとした食感が特徴です🤔

食用菊は目の充血やかすみ、ドライアイなど目のトラブルや、イライラ、高血圧にも効果的とされ、解毒作用により吹き出物の改善にも有効といわれます🥹
食用だけではなく生薬として漢方薬に利用されたり、乾燥させてお茶としても飲まれています☝️
