蒸籠（せいろ）”を使った加熱法では、蒸気で水分を補いながら食材を温めるので、ふっくらと美味しく仕上がります🤗

 さらに、蒸すと食材の栄養分が残りやすく、本来の食味を存分に味わうことができます。 油を使わず肉の脂も適度に落ちるため、健康的な食事を頂くことができます🤔

そんな蒸ししゃぶを美味しく食べる相性抜群のお肉には、言わずと知れた三重県産のA-5ランクの松阪牛リブロースと、鹿児島県産の黒豚ロースの2種類をご用意🐮🐷

松坂牛は良質な脂肪、『不飽和脂肪酸』が豊富🙌融点が低く、口の中でとろけるような口当たりです🤤

松阪牛の和牛香は甘くコクがある上品な香りなので、せいろの蓋を開けた時の香り、食べた時の香り、
敷き詰められた野菜にも肉の旨味が浸透されて、野菜をお肉でくるんでポン酢やゴマダレを付けて食べれば、口の中いっぱいに広がるジューシーさをお楽しみいただけること請け合いです🤩
