本日は夏野菜の紹介です。
　　　「冬瓜」
冬の瓜と書きますですが、旬は夏です。そのまま冷暗所で保存しておけば、冬までもつことから、漢字では「冬瓜」（とうが）と記すようになったと言われています。丸形、円筒形、楕円形などさまざまな種類があります。95％が水分で、低カロリー。涼しげな見た目とさっぱりとした味が特徴で、体の中の熱を下げてくれる作用もあるので夏にぴったりの食材です🤔
