Ginza Shabu-Tsushinoyoshi no Sasa Ginza Branch.
We use several brands of pork in our restaurant. Today we introduce one of them, "Nanshu Kurobuta" from Kagoshima Prefecture🐖.
「南州黒豚」は出荷約60日前からの飼料にさつまいもを10〜20%加えています。 それにより脂がべとつかずさっぱりとした味わいに。 さらに小麦で白く光沢のある美しい脂に仕上げます。 甘味があり、保水性が高く、臭みのない豚肉となおります🐖
The only Japanese woman in Japan to be certified by the German state
Ms. "Yoshiko Kobayashi", a female processed meat meister. Nanshu Kurobuta" 🐖 is recommended by the Meat Meisterin who produces ham and sausages at Nanshu Farm Kurobuta no Oka.
We offer both loin and ude portions 🐖.

For the peace of mind of our visitors, we have installed a CO2 concentration measuring device and provide rubbing alcohol for disinfection.
Employees also take their temperature three times a day, wash their hands frequently, disinfect with alcohol, wear masks, and take good care of their physical condition.
