三百年の伝統と歴史を誇る稲庭手揉み饂飩は、良質の小麦粉と水、食塩を使用して作り上げました。秋田県の厳しい自然の環境化のなかで伝統的な手毬製法で、一本一本丁寧に作り上げました。なめらかな舌触りとコシのある歯ざわりお楽しみください。
