当店自慢のお肉のラインナップの紹介です🐄🐖

牛肉は三重県産A-5ランク松坂牛のリブロース、モモ肉。

A-5、A-3ランクの黒毛和牛リブロース。

A-5ランク希少部位のザブトン。

牛タン🐄

松阪牛リブロースは言わずと知れた牛肉の王様、美しい霜降りで柔らかく、脂が美味しく上品で香り豊かな牛肉🤤

モモ肉は常備2種類で外もも、ランプ、内もも、しんたま、部位をその日の仕入状況によって替えております（スタッフにお尋ねください）🤔

サブトンとは、肩ロースの部位で、その中でも牛１頭から、わずか数キロしか取れない希少部位で、柔らかく、キメ細かい上品なサシが感じられます。焼肉では特上ロース、特上カルビとして使われています🥹

黒毛和牛リブロースは、A-5、A-3ランクを使用し、脂身と赤身のバランスが良い物を仕入れています。きめが細かく、柔らかく、上品な味わいです😙

豚肉は鹿児島県の南州黒豚と、山形県産の杜仲高麗豚。

🐖南洲黒豚とは、餌にサツマイモ与えることで甘みが強く、保水性があり、脂がべとつかずサッパリとした味わいに。

ロースと希少部位のウデ肉をご用意。

🐖山形県の杜仲高麗豚は、漢方薬としても使われる杜仲、高麗人参を餌に与えることで、一般的な豚の1.5倍のコラーゲンを多く含むのでお肌がプルンプルンに🥰

ロース、バラ、モモをご用意。

他にも鴨肉、鶏肉のご用意ございます🐖🦆
