本日ご紹介しますお野菜は、ベビーコーンです。-ベビーコーンは、茎がまだ小さく未熟なうちに収穫されたトウモロコシから得られる穀物です。それは通常、生、ピクルス、調理された形で、成熟したトウモロコシで人間が消費するには硬すぎる穂軸を含めて、丸ごと食べられます。ベビーコーンは炒め物によく使われます。
