銀座はちみつとは、銀座各所のビルでミツバチ飼育し、皇居、日比谷公園などで集めた蜜を収穫したものです。

はちみつは時期によって味、色、香りなどが変わってきます、それは季節によって咲く花が違うからです🌷🌺

当店では銀座はちみつを、さっぱりと上品なシャーベットにしあげました。

ミツバチ達の頑張りと、自然の味をお楽しみください🐝
