こちらはしゃぶ通秘伝のごまだれをお肉で巻き、高温の油でカリッと揚げたしゃぶ通謹製のトンカツです！
そのまま食べてごまだれの風味を味わうも良し！ソースや岩塩につけても良し！と色々な食べ方があります！他にも特製のソースがあるので是非一度お試しだください！
