Ginza Shabu-Tsushinoyoshi no Sasa Ginza Branch.

We use several brands of pork in our restaurant. Today we introduce one of them, "Nanshu Kurobuta" from Kagoshima Prefecture🐖.

南州黒豚のルーツは、鹿児島県畜産試験場で系統構成された(かごしま豚)でした。

かつて絶滅の危機だった、かごしま豚を努力と情熱、こだわりの飼育方で育てられたのが(南州黒豚)として認められます。

出荷の60日前からサツマイモも食べさせています、それにより脂がべとつかず、さっぱりとした味わいになり、小麦のように白く光沢のある美しい脂に仕上がります。

柔らかく、甘味があり、保水性が高く、臭みのない豚肉となっております🐖

当店では、ロースとウデ肉の部位をご用意しております。
