好の笹では「しゃぶしゃぶ・蒸ししゃぶ・石焼きしゃぶ」と、しゃぶしゃぶを多様にご案内しております。

「焼きしゃぶ」･･･熔岩陶板を使用し、お肉と沢山のお野菜を遠赤効果でふっくら香ばしく焼きあげ、新感覚の味わいをお楽しみいただけます。
タレは自慢のごまだれ・ポン酢の他、季節のタレを一種(現在は味噌ダレ)ご用意いたします。

定番のしゃぶしゃぶとは、また違った味わいを是非、お試しくださいませ。

In order to ensure that our customers can enjoy their meals with peace of mind, our staff at this restaurant and at all Cardinal restaurants are committed to taking care of their physical condition by thoroughly washing their hands and taking their temperatures three times a day.
In addition, we have introduced a CO2 concentration measuring device and were among the first to adopt Yamanashi Green Zone measures, and are implementing enhanced measures to prevent infectious diseases.
