牛肉は三重県産松坂牛、言わずと知れた牛肉界のトップ！を贅沢に使用🐄

豚肉は鹿児島県産の南州黒豚ロース、生産者さんこだわりの飼育と餌で育て上げた豚肉は、臭みが無く、脂身がサッパリして、とてもジューシィーです🐖

鴨肉は柔らかくヘルシー、添えてあるネギを巻いてしゃぶしゃぶしてお召し上がりください🦆

しゃぶしゃぶ、せいろ蒸し、どちらのコースでもお召し上がりいただけます。
