Hi ☀️
Ginza Shabu-Tsushinoyoshi no Sasa Ginza Branch.
Spring shabu from March is delicious with wonton noodles at the end❗🤭.
The soup is made of shellfish broth with the flavor of meat and spring vegetables, and served with raw seaweed.
It is so good that you could say that you eat shabu-shabu because you look forward to the ramen afterwards 🍜.
*And this time, we prepared "Duca Oil" for the wonton noodles to change the flavor 😊.
Dukkah is a compound spice used in Egyptian cuisine around Northeast Africa and the Middle East. It is a combination of crushed nuts and spices.
The dukkah is marinated in a dash of chili pepper and thick white sesame oil.
It is numbingly spicy, so add as much as you like 🤭.
