Ginza Shabu-Tsushinoyoshi no Sasa Ginza Branch.

布団から出るのがツラい時期が続いております❄️
春しゃぶの試作、良い感じ進んでおります、 スープも決まり今日はつけダレの紹介です🤭

今回の春しゃぶのつけダレは３種類の味で召し上がっていただきます💪

１つ目は、『濃厚ゴマだれ』

こちらは好しの笹の代表作で、濃厚で奥深くゴマの香りが口いっぱいに広がり、ゴマだれを求めてリピーターされるお客様が多く、ゴマだれ好きにはたまりません🙌

２つ目は、『梅おろし』

こちらは梅肉を叩いた物に大根おろしを合わせました。シンプルではありますが有りそうで無かった組合せ、お肉に乗せて食べると梅の香りが広がりサッパリと召し上がっていただけます🙋

３つ目は、『燻製だし醤油』

こちらは、鰹節、昆布、干し椎茸で作っただし醤油をサクラのチップで燻製にして香りを付けました。お肉に付けていただくとだしの旨味とスモーキーな香りが口に広がり、今まで味わった事がないような感じでしゃぶしゃぶをお楽しみ頂けます🙆

今日はつけダレの紹介でした。
