今日は当店の自慢のゴマだれで使用している胡麻の知って得する健康情報です🤭

『胡麻は健康万能食材‼️』

一日大さじ２杯(20g)の胡麻を毎日食べ続ければ健康を維持できます。胡麻の成分には脂質・たんぱく質・炭水化物・ビタミン・ミネラル・食物繊維と、私たちの体に必要な栄養素がぎっしりつまっています。 その栄養価は植物性食品のなかでもトップ選手級✌️

セサミンはゴマに含まれるゴマリグナンの一種です。 「ゴマリグナンとは、ポリフェノール系の物質で、体内で発生する活性酸素を除去し、若返り(アンチエイジング)に効果があると注目されています。 また、肝機能を改善し、コレステロールを減少させ、脂質代謝を促進します🥺

セサミンは体内で過酸化脂質が増えることを制御します。また動脈硬化の原因となる悪玉コレステロールの増殖を防ぎ強い抗酸化作用で肝機能を高める効果があります。肝臓のアルコール分解を助ける働きがあるのでお酒を飲む前にごまを食べておくと二日酔いや悪酔いの防止が期待されます🍺🍷🍶
