The beef is two kinds of A-5 rank Matsusaka beef thighs from Mie Prefecture, the undisputed leader in the beef world! The beef is a luxurious combination of two kinds of A-5 rank Matsusaka beef thighs from Mie Prefecture, the undisputed top beef in the world!

The pork is a Kurobuta pork loin from Kagoshima Prefecture, raised and fed with the farmer's special care, and is very juicy with no odor and crispy fat.

Duck is tender and healthy, wrapped with the accompanying green onions and served shabu-shabu 🦆.

Shabu-shabu or seiro-mushi, both courses are available.
