For the Koshi no Bamboo Steamers, a custom-made steamer basket is set up at your table after you order, and our staff will serve the freshly prepared, hot dish right in front of you 🤔.

Two types of meat are available: A-5 rank Matsusaka beef ribeye from Mie Prefecture and Kurobuta pork loin from Kagoshima Prefecture.

The A5 rank "Matsusaka beef rib roast" is a high quality part of the beef, which has fine sashi, and by steaming it in a steamer basket, the tenderness of the meat is not spoiled, and the flavor of the meat permeates the vegetables laid on the steamer basket. You are guaranteed to enjoy the juiciness that fills your mouth 🙌.
