Today, we will discuss some useful trivia about "corn," a summer delicacy.

Corn is rich in fiber🤔.

 It is high in insoluble dietary fiber, and especially the skin of the fruit (grain) contains dietary fiber called cellulose. Dietary fiber helps to regulate the intestinal environment and activate the movement of the intestines, making it an effective nutrient for relieving constipation, preventing rough skin, and creating beautiful skin 😀.

We steam seasonal corn in a steamer basket to extract the maximum amount of sweetness before serving.
