Hyakumangoku No Shiro is Ishikawa Prefecture's sake rice that debuted in 2020.
Yoshida Kurau is a sake brewery that changes its sake from "nama-zake" to "hi-ire" depending on the season,
We currently carry green labeled "Nama Sake" 🍶.
I think that the distribution of the raw sake will be finished by now and the white label will be fire-aged.
The freshness and crisp aroma of this unpasteurized sake will make you want to drink it again and again.
