The "Inaniwa Tezumi-Udon" is served at the end of this course.
Inaniwa Tebomi-Udon, with a tradition and history of 300 years, is made with high quality flour, water, and salt. Each udon is carefully made one by one using the traditional Temari method in the harsh natural environment of Akita Prefecture. Please enjoy the smooth texture and firm texture.

For the peace of mind of our visitors, we have installed a CO2 concentration measuring device and provide rubbing alcohol for disinfection.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation in taking temperatures upon entry, disinfecting hands with alcohol, and masking meals.
