It was spring-like weather today🌸.

We use several brands of pork in our restaurant. Today we introduce one of them, "Nanshu Kurobuta" from Kagoshima Prefecture🐖.

Nanshu Kurobuta is pork that is tender, sweet, retains water, and has no odor 🐖.

The only Japanese woman in Japan to be certified by the German state

Ms. "Yoshiko Kobayashi", a female processed meat meister. Nanshu Kurobuta" 🐖 is recommended by the Meat Meisterin who produces ham and sausages at Nanshu Farm Kurobuta no Oka.

We offer both loin and ude portions 🐖.

We will serve it in the spring shabu-shabu course and lunch campaign,

[Infectious Disease Control

For the peace of mind of our visitors, we have installed a CO2 concentration measuring device and provide rubbing alcohol for disinfection.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in taking temperatures upon entry, disinfecting hands with alcohol, and masking meals.

Employees also take their temperature three times a day, wash their hands frequently, disinfect with alcohol, wear masks, and take good care of their physical condition.
