Today we are introducing the popular "Koshi no Kiwami Course" with 3 kinds of beef 😀.

(1) A5 rank Matsuzaka beef thigh

Rare A5 grade zabuton

(iii) A3 rank black Wagyu beef ribeye

A luxurious platter using only beef 🐄.

Matsuzaka beef thighs of A5 grade from Mie Prefecture are used, and two types of beef are used: rump and outer thighs. 

(The part of the thigh meat changes depending on the day.)
Rump is the tender and fatty part of the thigh meat.

The outer thigh is firm in texture, rich in flavor, and where there is less fat 🐮.

It is a rare part of the shoulder loin of A5-ranked black Wagyu beef, of which only a few kilograms can be obtained from a single cow. It is used in yakiniku as special top loin and special top ribs 🐮.

The beef ribs are A-3 grade, with a good balance of fatty and lean meat. It has a fine texture, tenderness, and elegant taste.

Beef lovers will love this platter 🥹.
