◾︎ Manufacturer: Nishiyama Sake Brewery (Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture)
This nigori plum wine is made by carefully selecting the highest quality pulp juice and bottling only the richest portion, the middle portion, at the top of the bottle.
It has a peachy aroma characteristic of fully ripe plums, and a mellow flavor with a rich sweetness and acidity unique to plums that spreads in the mouth.
Enjoy it on the rocks, with soda, or straight up.
