We are a week into December, and it's a beautiful spring day today when I was surprised to find lantana flowers: ☀️
How is everyone doing?

Today's dish is "Shabu Katsu with Sesame Sauce".
Bread crumbs and homemade sesame sauce filling wrapped in pork slices, battered and deep fried👍.
Plain and with shiso leaves are included in the set.
Delicious enough on its own, but serve with rock salt or chuno sauce if you like. ☺️
