What is 👇Mehikari?
Its standard Japanese name is Aome Eso. The fish is commonly called mehikari because of its large blue eyes that seem to glow. It is caught off the Atsumi Peninsula at a depth of 200 to 300 meters, and is mostly landed in Gamagori City.
