Good morning 🌞.
Ginza Shabu-Tsushinoyoshi no Sasa Ginza Branch.
The restaurant offers a limited time autumn shabu-shabu course.
This course features carefully selected seasonal mushrooms, beef and pork in a special soymilk broth.
Today I would like to introduce one mushroom from the many mushrooms in season.
🍄"Arageki jellyfish" 🍄.
The front of the fungus is blackish brown, and the back is light brown with fine hairs.
Aragekikurage is somewhat larger and thicker, with more hair on the underside, and its flesh is tougher than that of kikurage.
Please enjoy the plump texture 😀.
(It may not be available depending on the availability of that day's stock.)
