Good morning 🌞.

おはようございます🌞

Good morning 🌞.

After the rain, today is a good day for a walk.

The restaurant offers autumn shabu-shabu for a limited time only.
Shabu-yasai with plenty of mushrooms in Kyoto soy milk broth 🍄, brand name beef and pork served with special kombu sauce, our signature sesame sauce, and ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) 😀.

Today is a fantastic mushroom from the plentiful mushrooms at Shabu Vegetables,
We are pleased to introduce "Tamogitake Mushrooms.

Tamogi mushrooms can only be harvested deep in the forests, and most of the tamogi mushrooms that are harvested are eaten in the vicinity of where they are grown 🍄.

Tamogitake mushrooms are high in nutrients such as dietary fiber and iron, making them a recommended food for those concerned about their health 🤔.

It has a mild taste and no strong aroma, but it produces a good broth, especially when used as a soup ingredient, which makes the cheese risotto with porcini mushrooms and soy milk noodle soups at the end of the course even more delicious 🤩.
(The type of mushrooms may change depending on the availability that day.)

Please take this opportunity to try it out.
