Today I would like to introduce 🍄"Abalone Mushrooms" 🍄 from the many autumn shabu vegetables.
It is also known as mushroom piling, white spirit mushroom, or Xue Ling mushroom. This mushroom has a strong aroma and a crunchy texture, and is so named because this texture is similar to that possessed by abalone.
A member of the hiratake and eringi mushroom family, it is a delicious mushroom with a shellfish-like broth.
