Excellent soy milk soup made with carefully selected soy milk from Kyoto, chicken stock, Rausu kelp, and Saikyo miso (miso) 🍲 plenty of mushrooms 🍄 selected brand beef and pork including Matsusaka beef 🐄.
Please serve with special kombu dashi (kelp broth) 😀.
