Autumn shabu-shabu course specializing in beauty and health, served in a mellow soy milk broth.
The meats that go well with the soy milk broth include top-quality Matsusaka beef, fine-textured Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, and 10 kinds of colorful mushrooms that cannot be missed as autumn delicacies.
The soy milk broth is clean and mild, the meat tastes moist, and the mushrooms are aromatic.

We are offering a trial price that is lower than the regular price for online reservations only. (Dinner)
