       Winter Shabu Prototype Meeting"

The Shabu-Tsuki Group offers limited-time-only shabu-shabu courses that vary with the seasons of spring, summer, fall, and winter. The executive chef, the manager of each restaurant, and the chef of each restaurant gather together for repeated tastings to create a prototype of the best shabu-shabu course that will satisfy all customers.

[Regarding COVID-19 measures.

In order to ensure that our customers can enjoy their meals with peace of mind, our staff at this restaurant and at all Cardinal restaurants are committed to taking care of their physical condition by thoroughly washing their hands and taking their temperatures three times a day.
