Today, we would like to introduce Yuzu Shio (Yuzu Salt) and Umami Dashi (flavor broth), which come with Soy Milk Shabu Shabu Sauce, Sesame Sauce, and Ponzu (Japanese citrus juice). Yuzu Shio" is made by drying the yellow peel of yuzu (a citrus fruit grown in winter) and mixing it with salt to make a powder. Umami Dashi is a combination of kelp and bonito dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and other seasonings that go great with the soy milk dashi. Please enjoy it with your favorite sauce.
