Shabu-shabu with "Umami spicy red miso broth" started on January 5 as the second winter shabu-shabu. It is a spicy red miso based dashi, and eating it with shabu-shabu will make your body warm and fluffy. ♨️☀️ It is great for this time of year when the weather turns cold 🤭.

Serve with sansho sauce and sansho salt🙆

Fuyushabu course is served with either "Soy Milk Sake Lees Dashi" or "Umashiri Aka Miso Dashi".

Soy Milk Sake Lees Dashi" is served with Yuzu Miso and Yuzu Salt.
