Hello 🌞

Hello 🌞
Ginza Shabu-Tsushinoyoshi no Sasa Ginza Branch.
Have you guys heard of "Seiro Steaming"? I'm sure you have 🙋.
Today we are introducing a course of seiro steamed with Matsuzaka beef ribeye and Nanshu Kurobuta pork loin.
Seiro steaming is a cooking method in which food is placed in a steamer basket and heated by steaming through steam from below.
The heating method using a steamer basket heats food while replenishing moisture with steam, resulting in a fluffy and delicious 🤔.
Our seiro steamed dishes consist of 15 kinds of vegetables and meat steamed together.
Steaming allows the nutrients in the food to remain in the food, and the true flavor of the food can be fully appreciated. Steaming is also a healthy and wholesome way to enjoy your meal, as no oil is used and the fat from the meat is reduced to a reasonable level 😀.
Matsuzaka beef is the highest grade A-5 ribeye from Mie Prefecture. The high quality fat, rich in unsaturated fatty acids, has a low melting point and melts in the mouth.
Wagyu aroma of Matsusaka beef is sweet, rich and elegant, so please enjoy the aroma when you open the lid of the seiro and when you eat it. ☝️
The pork is Nanshu Kurobuta loin, produced in Kagoshima Prefecture. The meat is tender and sweet, with high water retention and no odor.
Please try this opportunity: ‼️
The entire staff looks forward to serving you.
