Today, we are proud to introduce the best sesame sauce in Japan.

Ginza Shabu-Dori's sesame sauce was created by one chef. He is now 95 years old, but he still has a strong spirit of inquisitiveness for cooking, and continues to stand in the kitchen and enthusiastically instruct young chefs.

The sesame sauce is made with more than 20 kinds of seasonings selected by Mr. Wakatsuki through trial and error, and the taste has remained unchanged for 49 years since the establishment of the restaurant.

When served, roasted sesame seeds are ground with a mortar to enhance the aroma and flavor of the sesame seeds, and the sesame sauce is added into the mixture to give it a rich flavor that is irresistible to sesame sauce lovers.

This sesame sauce has many fans, and many people come to our restaurant just for the sesame sauce. It goes well not only with shabu-shabu and seiro-mushi, but also with rice, and many people ask for more sesame sauce.

I myself have tried many different sesame sauce, but I have never found anything better than this sesame sauce.
