Good morning 🌞.
Ginza Shabu-Tsushinoyoshi no Sasa Ginza Branch.
It has been a tough time to get out of the futon. ❄️
The prototype of the spring shabu-shabu is coming along nicely. The soup is ready and today I will introduce the dipping sauce.
This year's spring shabu dipping sauce will be served in three different flavors 💪.
The first is "thick sesame sauce.
This is Koshinosasa's signature dish. The rich, deep sesame aroma fills the mouth, and many customers keep coming back for the sesame sauce, making it a must for sesame sauce lovers 🙌
The second is "Ume grated".
This is a combination of pounded plum paste and grated daikon radish. It is a simple, but unlikely combination, and when eaten on top of the meat, the aroma of the plum spreads and the dish is crispy and refreshing.
The third is "Smoked Dashi Soy Sauce.
This is a dashi soy sauce made from dried bonito flakes, kelp, and dried shiitake mushrooms, smoked with cherry chips and flavored with aroma. When you put it on your meat, the dashi flavor and smoky aroma will spread to your mouth, and you will enjoy shabu-shabu like you have never tasted it before🙆.
Today was the introduction of dipping sauce.
We are looking forward to reopening, and look forward to meeting our clients 😀.
